We believe that the Bible guides local churches to be governed by a plurality of biblically qualified men known as elders and pastors.
Calvary Hill's elders are responsible for teaching Scripture faithfully, guarding biblical doctrine, praying for the church, and providing oversight for ministry functions and the body of Christ (Acts 6:1-6, 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9).
Calvary Hill's pastors are elders-in-training responsible for teaching, praying, ministering, and discipling various groups within the church.
