The Great Commission and The Greatest Commandment

We exist to make kingdom-minded and gospel-centered disciples of Jesus Christ.

Disciples are those who:

  • Love Him as their greatest Treasure (Matthew 13:44)
  • Love others as He has loved us (John 13:34-35, John 15:12-13)
  • Repent and believe in the gospel (Mark 1:15, John 3:7-8)
  • Are filled with the Holy Spirit (John 14:26)
  • Hear His voice and know Him (John 10:27)
  • Come to Him as the Bread of Life (John 6:35)
  • Thirst after Him and drink from Him (John 7:37-38)
  • Are His friends (John 15:14-15)
  • Come to Him with child-like faith (Matthew 19:14)
  • Deny themselves, take up His cross, and follow Him (Matthew 16:24)
  • Obey His commandments (John 14:15)
  • Abide in His Word (John 8:31)
  • Are set free by the truth (John 8:32)
  • Labor in love for Him (John 13:14-15)
  • Are fishers of men (Mark 1:17)
  • Bear witness to Him (John 15:27, Acts 1:8)
  • Feed His lambs and tend His sheep (John 21:15-17)
  • Sacrifice for the needs of the church (Acts 2:45-46)
  • Invest in faith to make disciples (Matthew 28:19-20)

The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) describes what it means to "make" disciples... to go to all nations, baptize, and teach others to observe all that He has commanded.

We partner with organizations like SBCV, SBC, IMB, and NAMB to fulfill Jesus' Great Commission.
